Below, I’ve highlighted the conditions for refunds on the services offered by Floodlight. All listed conditions must be met to receive a refund.
Strategy Sessions
- -Client provides Floodlight with specific details on how the Strategy Session failed to provide value and what could have been done differently to provide adequate value.
- -Client refuses any offers made by Floodlight to compensate through additional Strategy Sessions or other options.
- -Refund is requested within 30 days of the Strategy Session
AdWords Audit
- -Floodlight was granted access to Google AdWords and other requested information in a timely manner to complete the Google AdWords Audit
- -Client explains what information was lacking in the Google AdWords Audit and why they feel it was critical to evaluating the AdWords program
- -Missing information was either listed on the Google AdWords services page or mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to the start of the Google AdWords Audit.
- -Refund is requested within 30 days of Audit Report delivery via email.
AdWords Setup & Launch
- -Floodlight was granted access to any existing Google AdWords account and other requested information in a timely manner to complete the Google AdWords Audit.
- -Responses to Floodlight requests were received within 5 business days unless the delay is agreed upon by both parties.
- -Client explains how Floodlight’s performance was unsatisfactory.
- -Refund is requested within 30 days of final program review.
- -Floodlight maintains access to the account for the entire duration including 30 days after review. If revoked before this, Client has fully accepted the program and no refund may be requested.
- -If refunded, Client gives up all rights to the program implemented by Floodlight and their access will be revoked. If access cannot be revoked due to previous client data in the account, Client agrees to sign a binding agreement that the implemented programs will not be used in future AdWords efforts without Floodlight’s written consent.
- -Floodlight is not responsible for the performance of the program after launch as ongoing management and optimization is the Client’s responsibility.
- -Client may request a refund prior to the beginning of Stage 3: Keyword Research without explanation (but it would still be appreciated)
Tracking Implementation
- -Client removes all tracking code implemented on the website or provides Floodlight with adequate access to remove all tracking codes across the website
- -Any Goals established in Google Analytics will be set to Inactive and details for the Goal will be removed.
- -If Floodlight’s access is revoked prior to the above taking place, no refund will be granted.
- -Refund is requested within 30 days of completion.
PPC Management
- -Floodlight was granted access to any existing Google AdWords account and other requested information in a timely manner.
- -Responses to Floodlight requests were received within 5 business days unless the delay is agreed upon by both parties.
- -Client explains how Floodlight’s performance was unsatisfactory.
- -Refunds will only be provided for the most recent month of service.
- -Refunds must be requested by the 15th of the following month. Otherwise, the current month’s services will be refunded.
Monthly Online Marketing Management
- -Details on canceling service and requesting any refunds will be provided in the contract.
AdWords One-on-One Training
- -Client provides Floodlight with specific details on how the Training failed to provide value and what could have been done differently to provide adequate value.
- -Client refuses any offers made by Floodlight to compensate through additional Training Sessions or other options.
- -Refund is requested within 14 days of the last training session.
- -Client must either show a good faith effort to complete the processes described in Training OR clearly elaborate on how the Training failed to provide enough information to make this possible.
Coaching
- -Client provides Floodlight with specific details on how the Coaching/Strategy Session(s) failed to provide value and what could have been done differently to provide adequate value.
- -Client refuses any offers made by Floodlight to compensate through additional Strategy Sessions or other options.
- -Refund is requested within 30 days of the most recent Coaching/Strategy Session.
- -Refund will be granted for only the most recent Coaching/Strategy Session unless otherwise specified by Floodlight.
