Whitelisting Instructions

We Don’t Want You to Miss Any Great Content!

First off, thanks for being a rock star and joining the Floodlight family!

Have you ever expected an email from someone only to discover that your spam filters were too aggressive and filtered out email that you actually wanted? We don’t want that to happen to the juicy content we’ll be sending over and would greatly appreciate you taking these steps to make sure you receive our emails (by putting us on your whitelist). If you’ve never used a whitelist, it’s simply a list of email addresses or domains that you instruct your email program to allow into your inbox.

Follow these simple steps to add us to your whitelist:

Gmail:

1. In your inbox, locate an email from kim.mccumber@floodlighttraining.com (like the free download or welcome email you just received).
2. Drag this email to the “primary” tab of your inbox.
